1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to GulfAsia Trade & Logistics Alliance (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, member portal, services, directories, events, communications, and all related platforms.
By accessing or using any services of GulfAsia Trade & Logistics Alliance, including membership application, registration, directory access, or participation in events, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
2. Legal Entity & Ownership
GulfAsia Trade & Logistics Alliance is a flagship initiative of GATE Business Alliance FZ-LLC, a company registered with RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone), United Arab Emirates.
All references to “the Alliance”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to GATE Business Alliance FZ-LLC in its capacity as the operator of GulfAsia Trade & Logistics Alliance.
3. About the Alliance
GulfAsia Trade & Logistics Alliance is an independent global business networking platform connecting companies involved in international trade, logistics, and supply chain industries.
The Alliance includes:

Freight Forwarders

Shipping & Logistics Providers

Transport & Warehousing Companies

Supply Chain & E-commerce Logistics Providers

The purpose of the Alliance is to facilitate business networking, trade collaboration, and industry connections.
4. Nature of Services
GulfAsia Trade & Logistics Alliance is strictly a business networking and facilitation platform.
We do NOT:

Act as a freight forwarder, carrier, or logistics operator

Handle cargo, shipments, or transportation
-
Act as a trader, buyer, or seller in any transaction
-
Act as customs broker or financial intermediary
-
Provide escrow, payment, or credit guarantee services
All commercial relationships are formed directly between members without involvement of the Alliance.
5. Website and Platform Use
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Users must NOT:

Provide false or misleading information
-
Misrepresent company identity or services
-
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
-
Upload harmful or malicious software
-
Scrape or copy member data or directory content
-
Use the platform for illegal trade or unethical activities
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.
6. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to legally registered companies engaged in:

Commodity Trading Businesses
-
Freight Forwarding & Logistics Services

Shipping & Transport Services
-
Customs Clearance Agencies

Warehousing & Distribution Companies

Courier & Express Services
We reserve the right to accept or reject membership applications at our sole discretion.
7. Membership Obligations
Members agree to:

Provide accurate and updated company information
-
Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner

Comply with applicable laws and regulations
-
Respect other members and business relationships
-
Maintain integrity in trade and logistics dealings
-
Avoid fraudulent or misleading practices
Members are solely responsible for their own business activities.
8. Membership Fees

Membership fees are payable as invoiced
-
Fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise
-
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination
-
Access to services may be restricted until payment is completed
9. Member Directory & Data Usage
Member information may be displayed in the Alliance directory for networking purposes, including:

Company name
-
Contact persons
-
Email addresses
-
Phone numbers
-
Office locations
-
Business activities
By joining, members consent to publication of their business information within the platform.
10. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes
The Alliance does not guarantee:

Business leads or trade opportunities
-
Shipment volumes or contracts
-
Revenue, profit, or financial success
-
Partnerships or collaborations
-
Performance of any member
All business outcomes depend on independent member interactions.
11. Member-to-Member Transactions
All transactions are strictly between members.
The Alliance is NOT responsible for:

Payment disputes or defaults
-
Cargo loss, damage, or delays
-
Contractual disagreements
-
Service failures
-
Financial or commercial losses
Members must perform their own due diligence before engaging in business.
12. Events and Networking Activities
The Alliance may organize:

Trade conferences
-
Business networking events
-
Industry seminars and webinars
-
Matchmaking meetings
We may modify event details, schedules, or formats at any time without prior notice.
Participation does not guarantee business results.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
All content including:

Logos and branding
-
Website content and design
-
Documents and materials
-
Database structure
are the property of GulfAsia Trade & Logistics Alliance (operated by GATE Business Alliance FZ-LLC).
No content may be copied or used without written permission.
14. Use of Name and Branding
Members may not misuse the Alliance name, logo, or branding.
Any approved usage:

Is non-exclusive
-
Is non-transferable
-
May be withdrawn at any time
-
Must cease upon membership termination
15. Confidentiality
Members agree to keep confidential:

Member directory data
-
Business communications
-
Trade discussions
-
Internal Alliance information
This obligation continues after membership ends.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate membership if:

Fees are unpaid

False or misleading information is provided
-
Misconduct or unethical behavior occurs

Terms are violated

Alliance reputation is affected
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GulfAsia Trade & Logistics Alliance shall not be liable for:

Loss of contracts or opportunities

Cargo claims or damages

Payment disputes

Indirect or consequential losses
All users accept full responsibility for their own business decisions.
18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including:

Government restrictions

System or network failures

Global emergencies
19. Third-Party Links
